Szechwan style braised bean curd - menu


Keep 2 tbs of peanut oil, heat remainder in wok and brown the tofu.

Using rest of oil on low heat, fry garlic and ginger, stirring until pale gold, do not brown it.

Pour in everything else except capsicum, simmer for 10 mins. Toss red capsicum through for just a minute to keep it crisp.

Serve with plain rice.
