This is really a drier dahl formed into patties. Good though.
Makes 10 small patties
Ingredients:
Rinse lentils;
cook onions in olive oil til tender; add ginger and garlic – stir one minute;
add cumin and sweet potato – stir five minutes;
add water, veggie stock, tamari and stir;
add lentils and cook for 15 minutes.
Cool – add breadcrumbs, coriander and make into patties.
Fry in oil til golden on both sides.
