Dahl and spinach chapatti rolls - menu

Heat oil in large pan. Add onion and garlic, cook stiring until soft.

Add spices and chilli, cook stirring for about 1min or until fragrant

Stir in lentils, sutanas and water. Simmer uncovered for about 10 mins or until mixture is thick

Add spinach, cook stirring until just wilted, season with salt and pepper.

Spoon dahl evenly over chappatis, roll up. Cook chappai rolls on heated pan or BBQ or whatever until heated through.

Garnish with coriander.
