Pecan Cottage Rolls - menu

Great vegetarian party food - just like sausage rolls, but without the meat. Makes 36 rolls.

Process eggs, pecans, onion, soysauce and cottage cheese until fine. Transfer to a bowl and mix in bread crumbs and oats. That's the filling.

Cut pastry sheets in half and spoon mixture along centre. Brush edge with milk, fold over and press closed making pretty pattern with fork.

Cut into 4 even lengths or more if you want. Brush with milk, sprinkle with seeds .

Bake in hot (200C) oven 15 - 20 until brown.

Dip in your favourite sauce.
