Cauliflower and Lentil Dahl - menu

This is one of the best curries we have ever made!

Ingredients:

Heat oil - add onions and cook till soft.

Add garlic and curry paste and mix well.

Add lentils and mix well.

Add veggie stock and tomato paste, bring to boil, turn down and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add cauliflower and peas – simmer covered for 10 minutes.

Serve with chopped coriander on top – and rice and chutney and another side dish.
